All Torege Eyewear, TOREGE ("Seller") warrants to the original purchaser only, Our Sunglasses are offered with a lifetime warranty. which includes defects in materials or manufacturing. If you need to file a warranty claim, TOREGE has the sole discretion to determine what qualifies as a manufacturer’s defect. At this time, the warranty evaluation process takes 1-2 weeks. Once we receive the damaged item, we will assess it and determine if the claim is legitimate or not. If the claim is legitimate, we are happy to replace the broken piece or the entire Eyewear depending on the circumstances. Original purchaser must register the product(s) within 1 Years of purchase and retain their receipt as proof of purchase. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser from an authorized TOREGE retailer and may not be transferred. Product registration can be completed online at Product Registration.

What Isn't Covered
- Lifetime warranty does not mean a lifetime of a person but a lifetime of the product
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse or neglect
- Damage caused by anything other than defects in material or workmanship
- If you’re not the original owner of the product
Seller's sole obligation and your exclusive remedy under this Lifetime Warranty and, to the extent permitted by law, any warranty or condition implied by law, shall be the repair or replacement of parts, without charge, which are defective in material or workmanship and which have not been misused, carelessly handled, or repaired by persons other than a Torege Authorized Service Dealer. This warranty does not cover part failure due to normal wear and tear. To make a claim under limited warranty, return the complete product, transportation prepaid, to any Torege Authorized Service Dealer.
This Lifetime Warranty does not apply to accessories, attachments or parts.
Any implied warranties applicable to a product shall be limited in duration equal to the duration of the express warranties applicable to such product, as set forth in the first paragraph above. Some states in the U.S. and some Canadian provinces do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply.
Torege is not responsible for direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Some U.S. states and Canadian provinces do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts and/or do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply. This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary by state in the U.S. and by province in Canada.
This lifetime warranty applies only to products sold within the United States of America, Canada . For warranty coverage within other countries, contact your local Torege dealer.

How Does the Care Refresh Program Work?
Torege Care Refresh Program is a comprehensive and reliable protection plan that provides TOREGE products with coverage for a range of accidental damages and natural wear. If your Sunglasses or Snow goggles become of accidental damages and natural wear, you may request a new pair by submitting a request via the Care Refresh Program online process via TOREGE website. If you lose your Sunglasses or Snow Goggles, you may also submit a request for replacement using this same process. Proof of purchase may be required to make a Replacement Request. You may also be required to provide photographs of the damage to your item.
A processing fee is required for all replacements. The following processing fees apply based on the ship to address of the replacement item:
What Items Does the Program Cover?
The Torege Care Refresh Program covers damage to sunglasses, snow goggles, snow goggle lenses, blue light glasses, and Safety Glasses, purchased from Torege.com, Torege official Amazon listings, or other Torege authorized retailers or partners. This Replacement Program also covers lost sunglasses and Sonw Goggles.
What Items Are Not Covered by the Program?
This Care Refresh Program does not cover lost or stolen prescription eyewear (see Prescription Policies for Prescription related coverage), snow goggles and snow goggle lenses, and further does not cover accessories or products received through promotional activity or giveaways. Items purchased from re-sellers or unauthorized retailers are not covered by the Replacement Program.
Are There Limits to the Number of Replacements Under the Program?
Yes. You may only obtain two replacements of the same purchased item, so long as supplies are available. If your item’s style is sold out or has been discontinued, you will be offered another item of similar or reasonably equivalent style as identified by Torege.

Shipping Policy:
Your order will be shipped within 2-3 business days within the US. We do our best to ensure timely deliveries, but please note that shipments can occasionally be delayed due to major holidays or unforeseen circumstances. Tracking numbers will be provided for all orders. Shipments to mailboxes and/or military bases are not possible. Orders to these addresses will be automatically canceled. Here are a few of the top questions and answers to save you time.
My package is Lost, Broken, Or Stolen.
If a package is shipped but not scanned within 7 business days, the package is considered lost or stolen. Once you reach that mark, please contact us and we will do our best to provide you with a new package. If an item is out of stock, we have a solution for you.
Return Policy:
The Rivbao.com return policy is simple. Within 60 days of receipt of your order, you may return a pair of qualifying Rivbao Safety Gear in its original condition with original packaging in new and saleable condition. (Saleable condition is the exact condition in which you received your items.) Returns must be shipped back within 60 days of receiving your items. FINAL SALE items are not eligible for returns. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
