SHIPPING & RETURNS FAQ
If you don't like the sunglasses after shipping or you find some problems with them, Torege allows you to return or exchange the accessory. You have 60 days to get them back to us BUT in their original condition.
How to do the process:
You need to have:
1. Order Number
2. Email address associated with your order
3. You should have access to the above email
4. Obtain a Return Authorization number by emailing support@torege.com. Please provide a copy of your order number and confirmation in the email.
If you have those three things, then you're ready to return the glasses back.
1. Log in to https://www.torege.com
2. Scroll down to the bottom of the page
3. Under the 'Support' column, click the 'returns' link.
4. Enter the email associated with your order.
5. Click 'Find Your Order' and follow the email prompt.
6. Select the items and the reason for return, then click 'return'.
7. Leave comments if you like, then click 'Confirm'.
8. Download the return label, print it, and attach it to your box.
Exchanges
— Enter your order email and click 'Find Your Order'.
— Follow the email instructions.
— Answer a few questions, print the label, and you'll receive store credit instantly.
You'll need the following:
1. Order Number
2. Email address used for the order
3. Access to that email
4. A Return Authorization number (email support@torege.com with your order number).
Steps:
1. Visit www.torege.com and scroll to the bottom.
2. Under 'Support', click 'returns'.
3. Enter your order email and click 'Find Your Order'.
4. Check your inbox and follow the link.
5. Select items & reasons, click 'return', add comments if any, then 'Confirm'.
6. Download and print the return label, attach it, and ship the package.
7. Once received, refunds are processed back to your original payment method.
Please note: Refunds exclude original outbound shipping; return shipping is on us.
Returns are processed within 2 business days after we receive your package. You’ll get an email confirmation once done.
After the refund is issued, funds appear in your account within 3 business days (credit card, PayPal, or Amazon Pay).
If the system can’t locate your order, we may only have a phone number on file. Email support@torege.com and wait 24 hours for your email to sync, then start the return here: torege.returnscenter.com.
Follow the on-screen steps to receive your label and instant store credit.
You’ll receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking once your order leaves our warehouse. Please allow 24-48 hours for the link to update.

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Moreno Valley, California.
We ship with Amazon Logistics, USPS, and DHL.
We ship Monday–Friday. Orders placed on weekends ship the following Monday or Tuesday. During promotions please allow up to 4 business days for dispatch.
Standard shipping is free (4-6 business days). Express rates vary based on your order total and will be shown at checkout.
ORDER & PAYMENT FAQ
Your debit/credit card will only be charged once.
If you just placed your order and saw an error first, the second charge is an authorization hold. This is a common bank practice to verify funds and identity. It will clear in 48–72 hours, depending on your bank. You can contact your bank to speed up the process.
Your order may have been canceled/refunded due to:
— No response to an important time-sensitive email from Torege
— Duplicate order placed and automatically refunded
— Order flagged as "Highly Fraudulent" — if this happens, place a new order and leave the following in the "Notes" at checkout: Email Address, Billing Address, Last 4 digits of Card Used
This usually means there was a typo or only a phone number was used at checkout. Please contact our support team with your name, shipping address, and preferred email. We’ll help fix it.
'Unfulfilled' means we received your order and it’s being processed. Once shipped, your order status will update to 'Fulfilled' and you'll receive tracking info via email.
Orders are processed in 1–3 business days.
Order timing:
Orders placed after 11 AM PST (Mon–Fri), weekends, or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
Shipping times:
— Free US Shipping: 4–6 business days
— Express US Shipping: 2–4 business days
— International: 10–20 business days
Please send a photo of the packing slip and item to support@torege.com with the subject line 'ATTN: Shipping'. Our team will get back to you as soon as possible.
Troubleshooting tips:

— Confirm billing address, especially zip code
— If correct, contact your bank to verify info

Unfortunately, no. We now ship from a fulfillment center, which improves delivery speed but means local pickups are no longer available.

DISCOUNT & PROMOTION FAQ
Enter your coupon code in the 'Gift card or Discount Code' section during checkout. Click 'Apply', and the discount will be reflected in your order total.
Only one code or promotion may be used per order. However, you can use a gift card and a discount code together.
Discount codes will not apply to sale items. If your cart includes both sale and full-priced items, the code will only discount the full-priced ones.
Please take a screenshot and email it to support@torege.com. Our support team will assist you as soon as possible.
Group discounts apply to orders of 20 or more pairs in a single purchase. Please fill out the form provided and we'll send you a custom discount. For fewer than 20 pairs, use the code 'SHOP20' to get 20% off.
'Final Sale' items are non-returnable. If you receive a damaged sale item, contact support@torege.com.
We currently do not offer gift options for our products.

Polarized lenses reduce glare by blocking horizontal light waves, which improves comfort but can affect visibility on LCD screens and dashboards. If you don't like them, you can return within 60 days. Visit torege.returnscenter.com to initiate the return:

Fogging may occur when breath rises through bottom vents, especially when covering your mouth. If you've wiped the inside lens, it may have removed the anti-fog coating. For help, contact support@torege.com.
Lenses:
— Blow off dirt or sand before wiping
— Rinse gently with room-temp tap water
— Use a microfiber cloth to wipe gently
— Use mild dish soap if needed and rinse thoroughly
General care:
— Avoid extreme heat or car storage
— Clean after swimming
— Wipe off sweat and oil regularly
— Wash your cinch pouch periodically
Don't:
— Use paper products or glass cleaners
— Store face-down or near sharp objects
— Expose to strong chemicals, heat, salt or chlorine without rinsing
Currently, we do not offer prescription sunglasses.
Yes, all of our sunglasses feature a built-in UV protection layer to protect your eyes.
Torege offers a Lifetime Warranty for all eyewear against manufacturing defects and accidental breakage (excludes loss, theft, and intentional damage).
To qualify:
— Purchase from our official website or authorized dealer
— Submit photos of damage and your order number

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING FAQ
Once your package reaches your country’s customs department, clearance times are beyond our control. Some parcels pass within days, while others can take weeks. After clearing customs, local delivery usually takes 2–3 days. We appreciate your patience and apologize for the delay.
We ship worldwide to most countries, with the majority of our orders going to the USA.
Yes. Shipping fees apply to orders delivered outside the US and vary by destination.
You have 60 days to return or exchange items in like-new condition.

Exchanges
— Enter the email used for your order and click 'Find Your Order'.
— Follow the emailed link and answer a few questions.
— Print the return label.
— After completing the steps, instant store credit is issued. Shop right away!
— When we receive your items, any remaining credit will be refunded to your original payment method.
We primarily use USPS and DHL for international deliveries.
