Return and Exchange Period
We accept return and exchange requests within 30 days after the delivery date.

- The item must not be damaged, scratched, altered, or intentionally misused.
- Proof of purchase, such as an order number or confirmation email, must be provided.
Return or exchange requests made after 30 days from the delivery date may not be accepted.

To request a return or exchange, please contact our customer support team with your order number and the reason for your request.
Please do not send the item back before contacting us. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Once your return or exchange request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send the item.
Refund Policy
After we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to confirm that it meets our return requirements.
If the return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.
After the refund is issued, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your bank account, credit card account, or original payment account. The exact time depends on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.
Please note that the total refund arrival time may vary depending on the payment method and financial institution.
Exchange Policy
If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us within 30 days after the delivery date.
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested replacement item is unavailable, we may offer an alternative item or issue a refund according to this policy.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible after receiving your order.
Please provide your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos or videos showing the problem. After reviewing the information, we will provide a suitable solution, which may include a replacement, exchange, or refund.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items may not be eligible for return or exchange:
- Items returned after the 30-day return period
- Items that have been used, worn, damaged, scratched, or altered
- Items without original packaging or included accessories
- Clearance, final sale, or promotional items marked as non-returnable
- Gift cards or digital products, if applicable

Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is caused by our error, such as a defective, damaged, or incorrect item.
Original shipping fees, if any, are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning items. TOREGE is not responsible for returned packages that are lost or damaged during return shipping.
Order Cancellation
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
If the order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will try our best to cancel it and issue a refund. However, once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled. In that case, you may request a return after receiving the item according to this policy.
Refund Not Received
If your refund has been approved but you have not received it after the estimated refund arrival time, please first check your bank account, credit card account, or payment provider.
You may also contact your bank or card issuer, as processing times may vary.
If you still have not received your refund after 10 business days from the refund issue date, please contact us for further assistance.
