After your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Time

Shipping time refers to the estimated transit time after your order has been processed and handed over to the shipping carrier.

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on qualifying orders. If your order meets the free shipping requirement displayed on our website, the free shipping option will be available at checkout.

Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, a shipping confirmation email with tracking details will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Please allow some time for the tracking information to update after the package has been handed over to the carrier. In some cases, tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear.

Shipping Delays

Lost or Missing Packages

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please first check with your local carrier, neighbors, front desk, mailbox, or delivery location.

If you still cannot locate the package, please contact us with your order number and tracking information. We will assist you in checking the shipment status with the carrier.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international orders, customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply depending on your country or region. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost unless otherwise stated.

TOREGE is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.
