Let's see in which cases we can replace your glasses
- If your sunglasses, frames, or lenses are defective or damaged due to the manufacturing process, you can apply for a new pair by submitting a request through the online process of the Lifetime warranty program.
- Proof of purchase may be required to make a replacement request. You may also need to provide photos of damaged items.
TOREGE will evaluate your submitted warranty claim. If a company determines that the damage to your covered item is caused by defects in materials or workmanship, we will replace your item free of charge, and the style and color are the same, provided that there are available supplies. If your product style has been sold out or discontinued, you will get another product with a similar or reasonably equivalent style determined by TOREGE.
BUT we don’t replace lost or stolen glasses, intentional damage, or disposal. Items purchased from resellers or unauthorized retailers are not covered by the replacement plan.
60 days risk-free try on
We provide 60 days to test our products risk-free. You can test our products within 60 days, if you don't love them by then, you can pass Torege.com applies for a refund and then send them back (in SALEABLE condition), and we will refund their cost in full.
There are no shipping and/or processing costs for submitting or letting TOREGE fulfill your warranty claim.
Eligibility
In order to be eligible for Torege Lifetime Warranty, you must purchase your Torege Sunglasses from a Torege Official Website www.torege.com. Both photos of sunglasses show the damage and your order number is required. Torege Polarized reserves the right to request proof of purchase to ensure eligibility.
